- Replace legacy directory structure (api/, db/, functions/, logs/, pooler/) with
  single docker-compose.yml based self-hosted setup
- Add selfhosted-supabase-mcp TypeScript MCP server for database management
- Add .dockerignore for Docker build context
- Update .gitignore to exclude .env files, volumes/, backups, logs
